Allow 4 to 6 weeks for completion of your custom hand painted order. Completed orders are shipped via standard ground service. Delivery time averages between 5 - 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Beneath the Willow furniture is delivered to you fully assembled. Delivery costs are calculated at the oversized rate. Every shipper charges a premium for oversized packages. Since the premiums vary widely, every attempt has been made to choose a shipper that provides you the best value, a combination of price and performance. The standard carrier requires a street address and, because of the value of your order, always requires a signature upon delivery. If your order requires special delivery instructions, please contact me to discuss your needs.

For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact customerservice@beneathwillow.com. for delivery quote. For orders to an APO or FPO, contact customer service for availability and delivery cost.

Always inspect your order at the time of delivery. If an item is received damaged, please notify me via customer service within 24 hours so a replacement can be arranged. Please keep original packaging and carton with damaged merchandise for inspection so a claim can be filed.

If you choose to pick up your order in person, with prior arrangement, Beneath the Willow is located in Prescott Valley, AZ within easy driving distance of Sedona and Phoenix.
